Question: If I order something from your website when can I expect to receive my order?
Answer: We ship our orders out immediately so depending on where you live in the country it can be anywhere from 3 - 7 business days. Check out our "Shipping Info" page.

Question: Are all the things shown on your website in stock?
Answer: We have everything shown on our website in stock unless it is noted otherwise in the product
description. In the event that due to demand for a particular item we run out of an item and must
replenish our stock before you can receive your order you will be advised by email of the expected
ship date.

Question: How do you ship orders?
Answer: We use UPS as our main method of shipping, but we do ship USPS (US Postal Service)
in some instances depending on the shipping address supplied by the customer. When we do ship
using the postal system, we only ship as Priority Mail. You can however choose all UPS expedited
delivery options such as Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select right from our website in
case you need faster delivery than UPS Ground service. Check out our "Shipping Info" page.

Question: Do you accept PayPal on your website?
Answer: Yes we accept PayPal on our website, but we also have a Merchant account so that we can
process Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards on our site for our customers
that do not want to use PayPal. Take a look at our "How to order" page.

Question: If I order an Item from you and after receiving it I wish to return it can I do that?
Answer: Yes you can. We will accept any item back for any reason if a customer wishes to make a
return as long as we are contacted via email stating that you wish to make a return. We must be
contacted within 3 days of you receiving the item. All we ask is that you return the item in the same
condition as when you received it with all packaging intact as you received it and that before you
return the item you follow the instructions on the "Returns policy" page of our website.

Question: How long have you been in business?
Answer: We have been operating our business as a physical storefront for 6 years and now are doing
business on the web.

Question: Do you sell wholesale?
Answer: No we do not.

Question: If I use my credit card on your site will the transaction be secure?
Answer: Yes, most definitely, but take a look at our "security and privacy policies" page for an
explanation of how we do that.

Question: Can I pay by check or moneyorder?
Answer: Yes you can, but in the case of a check the shipment of your items will be delayed until your
check clears with our bank. Orders paid by money order ships the same day we receive your money
order.Go to our "How to order" page for instructions if you want to pay by check or money order.
