Returns Policy

If a customer notifies us within the 3 business days of receiving their order (see shipping instructions below) that they want to return an item for any reason, we will accept it back either for a full refund of the purchase price or replacement with a new item. The returned items must be in the original undamaged box with all accessories, tie-downs and packing materials included. The returned item further must not show signs of abuse or wear and cannot be soiled. The cost of shipping returns in all cases other than manufacturing defect will be the responsibility of the customer. Items must be shipped to J.W. Henry as trackable and insured packages.
We suggest that you use either UPS or FedEx for shipping (see shipping instructions below)

We will not be responsible for returned packages until we receive them.

Returns Shipping instructions
Please email J.W. Henry at: customerservice@figurinescollectible.com to get a return authorization number for your package. We will not accept packages without this number and all packages will be promptly returned without opening if they do not have this number clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.

Include a short note inside the shipping box explaining who you are and why the item is being returned
